This year we celebrated t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-2850 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lagorahotel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/premiats-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"premiats\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lagorahotel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/premiats-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lagorahotel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/premiats-1024x681.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>he eighth edition and a total of 17 restaurants participated. As a main course, and binding in the competition, was the &#8221; borreta &#8220;. It is a typical dish from the Mariola mountains area that includes spinach, cod, peppers , potatoes and eggs. In addition, contestants must present freely a dish elaborated with game meat and mushrooms.
